PATCHING

This is a brand-new start for your pavement project. We will start with demolition and removal of any existing  surface. 

After demolition and removal and before laying anything down, the surface needs to be graded to allow water to drain away from the pavement. Shaping the area to give it a sloping surface to help direct the water away may be necessary. Then we prepare the subbase. This is the bottom layer that will be supporting your new asphalt pavement. Next step is adding the binder layer. This large aggregate mixed oil makes your pavement strong and durable. Finally, when the new asphalt pavement has been laid, the surface will be smoothed and compacted with a roll.
